I've told myself "Today, wherever I go, I'm going to create a peaceful, joyful, and loving world." at least for 2 weeks, and I find it much easier to dispel my negative thoughts and emotions as soon as possible. I've become more peaceful and joyful, and been more difficult to be irritated one month later! I'll keep going to make myself more and more lovable day by day!!

I dit this practice for the New Year, one year ago. I wrote much less than what is advised, about two pages for all the important themes of my life. Then I read it again many times and also changed some points during the year. I can say it was very helpful : by setting a clear direction in my life, it helps me to take the good decisions, to meet beautiful people, to attract the right things... And Life is giving me much more help than before 😊 Thank you!!

This exercise was refreshingly helpful for me in starting to picture my future and what I want for it. As the comments below have mentioned, two weeks for one topic can be hard but I found that when I spend a couple of days on one aspect (ie. hobbies) it gives me time to be very descriptive. Overall, I feel like if you often have a sense of uncertainty for your future this exercise is both grounding and a good way to get your imagination going.
